OMNI RMS

At Omni RMS, in collaboration with the University of East London, I proposed targeted interventions to comprehensively address issues related to employee burnout and well-being. This initiative focused on mitigating concerns such as leader power misuse, low motivation, engagement issues, reported conflicts, trust-related challenges, high stress levels, and low resilience among staff. The approach incorporated the application of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Thomas Kilmann's Conflict Mode Instrument to analyze and tackle these issues systematically. Additionally, the recommendations encompassed measures to enhance team dynamics, promote a positive work culture, and implement tailored support mechanisms to foster employee well-being and organizational resilience. The proposed solutions aim to enhance the Met Office's adaptability by fostering open communication, providing training opportunities, transitioning to a matrix organizational structure, and implementing gradual changes. The assessment of the Met Office's readiness for change involved evaluating leadership, culture, organizational structure, communication channels, employee skills, and strategic planning procedures (Kennedy et al., 2019). The screening process revealed crucial insights, guiding the initial phase of the Business Psychology Lab's project to establish a foundation for subsequent change interventions. This involved defining and conceptualizing the organization's readiness for change at a company-wide level. Met Office Analysis 360 Met Office Analysis 360
